TigerDirect Sues Apple Over Tiger Name

TigerDirect has slapped Apple with a lawsuit over the Tiger name the day before the OS 10.4 Tiger release. TigerDirect is currently under investigation over rebate practices and has an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau. A primary injunction hearing is supposedly set for Tuesday, May 3rd so you may want to run out and buy your copies of Tiger this weekend just in case TigerDirect gets the injunction and Apple has to stop selling the OS.
